Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Class26 platform. These Terms of Service govern the use of the website, platform, application, services, digital environment, bookings, payments, digital products, communication tools and related services offered by Class26.
Class26 is a curated digital marketplace platform where independent Experts can offer professional services, coaching, training, workshops, livestreams, digital products, online courses, educational content and advisory services to Users.
Class26 is not an open marketplace. Class26 actively monitors quality, reliability, safety, professional presentation and platform integrity.
- Interpretation and Definitions 1.1 Interpretation Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
1.2 Definitions For the purposes of these Terms: 'Account' means a unique account created by a User or Expert to access the Service or parts of the Service. 'Application' means any software application, mobile application or digital interface provided by Class26. 'Buyer' means a User who books, purchases or orders services, sessions, courses, digital content or other offerings through the platform.
Class26, Company, We, Us or Our means Class26 B.V., established in Culemborg, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42021638.
'Content' means all text, images, videos, documents, courses, livestreams, downloads, templates, profile information, reviews, messages, digital products, AI-generated materials or other information uploaded, posted, displayed, offered or shared through the Service. 'Country' means The Netherlands. 'Digital Products' means courses, downloads, videos, documents, templates, educational materials, online programs or other digital content made available through the platform. 'Expert' means an independent provider who offers services, knowledge, digital products, coaching, training, livestreams, workshops, group sessions, advice or educational content through Class26. 'Goods or Offerings' means the services, sessions, digital products, courses, livestreams, workshops, training programs, coaching, advice or other offerings made available by Experts through the Service. 'Order' means any booking, purchase, reservation, transaction or request made by a User through the Service. 'Platform' means the curated digital environment operated by Class26. 'Service' means the Class26 website, platform, application, marketplace, booking system, checkout process, digital content delivery, communication environment and related services. 'User' means any visitor, customer, buyer, participant, account holder or other person using the Service. 'Website' means Class26, accessible via www.class26.com. 'You' means the person accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on behalf of which such person accesses or uses the Service.

- Acknowledgment These Terms govern the use of the Class26 Service and form the agreement between You and Class26. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with these Terms, You may not access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Expert Conduct Policy, checkout confirmations and any other applicable Class26 policies. You represent that You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If You use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent that You are authorized to bind that entity. Class26 is generally not intended for children under the age of 16 without consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Nature of the Platform Class26 facilitates a curated platform where Experts can offer professional services and digital products to Users. Class26 is not the substantive provider of the services offered by Experts. Experts are independently responsible for the content, quality, legality, execution and professional positioning of their own services and digital products. Class26 does not guarantee specific results from coaching, training, advice, courses, workshops, digital products or other offerings. Class26 may monitor, review, limit, suspend or remove Experts, profiles, content or offerings to protect platform quality, User safety, legal compliance, trust, reputation and continuity.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers benefit from mandatory legal protections applicable in their country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
- User Accounts 6.1 Account Creation To use certain parts of the Service, You may need to create an Account. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of Your Account. You may not use a false identity, impersonate another person, use a misleading profile or create an Account for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes. 6.2 Account Information Class26 may request information including: • Name • Email address • Phone number • Billing information • Company details • Chamber of Commerce number • VAT number • Bank details • Identity verification documents • Payment information • Profile information • Relevant professional details Experts may be asked to provide additional information, including: • Expertise or niche • Professional profile • Relevant experience • LinkedIn profile, website or portfolio • Certifications or registrations • Contact and business details • Intake or video interview • Insurance or professional credentials where applicable 6.3 Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding Your login credentials. You must notify Class26 immediately if You become aware of unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, security breaches or suspicious activity related to Your Account. 6.4 Account Review Class26 may review Accounts, Expert profiles, content, communications, bookings or activity signals to protect platform quality, safety and compliance. Class26 does not guarantee that any Expert is suitable for every User or situation. 6.5 Account Suspension and Termination Class26 may suspend, restrict, block or terminate an Account if: • These Terms are violated • Fraud or misuse is suspected • Misleading information is provided • Platform safety is at risk • Users or Experts are harmed • Laws or regulations are violated • Payments are disputed or misused • Complaints arise • Content violates Class26 policies • The Account is inactive or unreliable • Circumvention of the platform occurs
- Experts and Expert Offerings 7.1 Independent Status of Experts Experts are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, representatives or legal partners of Class26. No employment agreement exists between Class26 and any Expert. Experts remain independently responsible for taxes, VAT, administration, insurance, permits, professional qualifications and compliance with applicable laws. 7.2 Expert Services Experts may offer, among other things: • Coaching • Training • Workshops • Group sessions • Livestreams • Digital products • Online courses • Educational content • Knowledge sessions • Advisory services • Personal development services • Professional development services 7.3 Expert Responsibility Experts are responsible for: • The content of their offerings • Professional quality • Timely delivery • Correct communication • Proper execution • Legal compliance • Accurate positioning • User expectations • Their own qualifications • Their own tax and business obligations 7.4 No Medical, Psychological or Regulated Care Unless Authorized Services offered through Class26 may not be presented as medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment or other regulated healthcare services unless the Expert is demonstrably qualified, registered and legally authorized to provide such services. Experts may not make unauthorized medical, psychological, legal, financial or health-related claims. Coaching, training, education and guidance must be clearly positioned as coaching, training, guidance, education, knowledge transfer or personal/professional development. If a User requires specialist medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional care outside the Expert’s competence, the Expert must refer the User to appropriate professional assistance.
- Bookings and Orders 8.1 Booking Through the Platform Users must book services and purchase digital products exclusively through the Class26 platform. Bookings outside the platform with Experts contacted through Class26 are not permitted unless Class26 has provided written permission. 8.2 Order Information When placing an Order, Users may be asked to provide: • Name • Email address • Phone number • Billing details • Payment details • Booking preferences • Relevant information for the service • Consent confirmations • Checkout confirmations You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. 8.3 Availability and Errors Offerings may be unavailable, inaccurately described or incorrectly priced. Class26 may correct errors, cancel bookings, pause offerings or facilitate a reasonable solution if a technical, administrative, booking or pricing error occurs. 8.4 Order Acceptance An Order is only confirmed once the platform, payment provider or Class26 confirms the booking or purchase. Class26 may refuse or cancel an Order if fraud, misuse, illegality, technical error, Expert unavailability or violation of these Terms is suspected.
- Payments, Service Fees and Payouts 9.1 Payment Processing All payments are processed through Class26 or payment providers designated by Class26. Payment providers may include, for example, Stripe, Mollie, banks or other payment processors. Class26 does not store full credit card details. 9.2 Prices Prices are shown during checkout and may be inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated. Experts are responsible for ensuring that their pricing, tax information and offering information are accurate. 9.3 Expert Commission Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Experts pay Class26 a commission of 10%, excluding VAT, on every transaction completed through the platform. After deduction of the agreed commission, the remaining amount is paid to the Expert in accordance with the applicable payout schedule. 9.4 Payouts Class26 may temporarily suspend payouts if: • Fraud investigation is ongoing • Chargebacks occur • Serious complaints exist • Additional verification is required • Laws or regulators require suspension • User safety or platform integrity is at risk • The Expert violates these Terms or related policies Experts must provide accurate invoice and bank details.
- Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling 10.1 Expert Cancellation Policies Experts may apply their own cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies for services, coaching, training, livestreams, group sessions and other offerings. Experts must communicate these policies clearly, transparently and visibly before purchase or booking. 10.2 Class26 Intervention Class26 does not normally determine the substantive refund policy of Experts, unless: • Law requires intervention • Consumer rights apply • Fraud or misleading conduct occurs • The policy is manifestly unreasonable • Platform safety or reputational protection requires intervention • Technical or booking errors occur • A User complaint requires mediation 10.3 Digital Products For Digital Products, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded once delivery or access has started and the User has explicitly agreed to immediate delivery and waiver of the right of withdrawal. 10.4 Time-Sensitive Services Livestreams, group training sessions, events and time-bound services may contain additional or different cancellation conditions. 10.5 Exceptional Situations Class26 may, in exceptional situations: • Cancel a booking • Pause a booking • Refund a User • Provide compensation • Help reschedule • Facilitate a reasonable solution between User and Expert • Suspend an Expert profile pending review
- Digital Products Digital Products are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users may not: • Copy Digital Products • Resell Digital Products • Share Digital Products publicly • Distribute login access • Upload Digital Products elsewhere • Reproduce course materials • Circumvent access controls • Use Digital Products for unlawful purposes Experts remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality and intellectual property compliance of Digital Products.
- Content 12.1 User and Expert Content Users and Experts may upload, post, share or submit Content through the Service. You are responsible for Your own Content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness. 12.2 License to Class26 By submitting Content to the Service, You grant Class26 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, reproduce, distribute, promote and adapt such Content to operate, improve, market and present the platform. For Experts, this includes use for: • Platform display • Profile presentation • Search results • Marketing • Promotion • Advertisements • Social media • Email campaigns • Platform communication • Sales pages • Payment pages • Onboarding • Checkout processes • Commercial presentation of the platform 12.3 Content Restrictions You may not upload, post, sell or transmit Content that: • Is unlawful • Is misleading • Is discriminatory • Is defamatory • Is threatening • Contains harassment • Contains hate speech • Contains malware • Violates intellectual property rights • Violates privacy rights • Contains false information • Manipulates reviews • Promotes fraud • Promotes unsafe or unauthorized claims • Impersonates another person • Is sexually inappropriate in a professional context • Is otherwise harmful to platform safety or trust 12.4 AI-Generated Content Experts remain responsible for all AI-generated content they use, upload, sell or display. Use of AI tools does not remove the Expert’s responsibility for: • Accuracy • Quality • Legality • Originality • Intellectual property compliance • Professional suitability • Non-misleading presentation 12.5 Content Review and Removal Class26 may review, moderate, edit, limit, remove, suspend or block Content if it violates these Terms, applicable laws or platform policies.
- Reviews and Reputation Users may post reviews where this functionality is available. Reviews must be honest, lawful, relevant and based on genuine experiences. Experts may not: • Manipulate reviews • Purchase fake reviews • Pressure Users to leave positive reviews • Retaliate against Users for negative reviews • Post false reviews • Use fake accounts to influence reputation Class26 may moderate or remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive, irrelevant, misleading or in violation of platform rules. Class26 may also use internal quality signals such as reliability, returning Users, completed sessions, engagement, complaints, refunds, communication quality and verified testimonials.
- Conduct and Community Rules Users and Experts must behave respectfully and professionally. Prohibited conduct includes: • Harassment • Discrimination • Threats • Abuse • Manipulation • Fraud • Spam • Hate speech • Boundary-crossing behavior • Sexual harassment • Misuse of power • Unprofessional communication • Unauthorized commercial approaches • Platform circumvention • Misuse of personal data Class26 may take action if conduct harms Users, Experts, trust, safety, reputation, payment integrity or community quality.
- Platform Integrity and Anti-Circumvention Users, leads, customers and contacts that originate from or are obtained through Class26 remain connected to the platform during the relevant relationship and, for Experts, for 12 months after termination of the collaboration. Experts may not: • Move Users outside the platform • Request direct payments from Users obtained through Class26 • Use contact details to bypass Class26 • Continue arrangements outside the platform without written permission • Avoid Class26 commission structures • Use fake accounts • Manipulate reviews • Commit fraud • Misuse platform functionality If a User continues with an Expert outside the platform after the first contact was established through Class26, Class26 may retain the right to the agreed commission. Violation of this clause is considered a serious breach and may lead to immediate termination, recovery of lost commission, additional damages and legal action.
- Complaints, Incidents and Disputes Class26 maintains procedures for complaints, disputes, refunds, incidents, fraud, data breaches, account abuse, moderation and platform safety. Users and Experts must reasonably cooperate with: • Complaint handling • Investigations • Mediation • Safety measures • Compliance requests • Verification checks • Fraud prevention • Platform investigations Class26 may take temporary or permanent measures, including: • Warning • Temporary suspension • Limiting visibility • Suspending payouts • Removing content • Cancelling bookings • Blocking Accounts • Terminating cooperation • Informing affected Users • Taking legal action In cases of suspected fraud, misleading conduct, illegal activities, data breaches or serious platform safety violations, Class26 may act immediately without prior warning.
- Quality Control and Expert Review Cycle Class26 actively monitors the quality, reliability and professional presentation of the platform. Experts may be assessed based on: • Professionalism • Reliability • Communication • Quality of offering • Response time • Customer trust • Engagement • Complaints • Refunds • Activity • Suitability within the platform • Compliance with platform rules • Professional presentation Class26 may periodically conduct quality reviews and may: • Provide optimization advice • Request additional information • Limit visibility • Temporarily pause profiles • Mark profiles as inactive • Remove content • Terminate cooperation Experts must keep their profile, offerings and availability up to date. If an Expert shows no active availability, bookings, profile updates or visible activity for 60 days, Class26 may request an update. If no appropriate action or explanation is provided within 30 days after such request, Class26 may mark the profile as inactive and limit visibility. If inactivity continues for 120 to 180 days, Class26 may reassess or terminate the cooperation. Exceptions may apply for temporary leave, illness, maternity leave, long-term programs, strategic availability or other reasonable circumstances agreed with Class26.
- Privacy and Personal Data Class26 processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Dutch and European privacy laws. Users and Experts must comply with the Privacy Policy. Experts may use User personal data only for the execution of services through the platform. Experts may not use User personal data for: • Spam • Unsolicited acquisition • External marketing without permission • Sales outside the platform • Unauthorized data sharing • Circumvention of Class26 Data breaches, security incidents or unauthorized access must be reported to Class26 immediately.
- Cookies and Tracking Class26 may use cookies and similar technologies for: • Basic functionality • Security • Login • Session management • Analytics • User experience • Marketing • Performance measurement • Fraud prevention More information is provided in the Class26 Cookie Policy.
- Intellectual Property The Service, including its original content, design, features, functionality, trademarks, trade names, platform structure and software, remains the property of Class26 or its licensors. Experts retain intellectual property rights to content they independently create, subject to the license granted to Class26 for platform-related use. Users and Experts may not use Class26 trademarks, branding, design elements or platform materials without prior written permission. Experts guarantee that their content, materials, videos, images, downloads, courses and digital products do not infringe third-party rights. Experts indemnify Class26 against claims relating to intellectual property infringement caused by Expert-provided content.
- Third-Party Services and Links The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, payment providers, video platforms, livestream tools, analytics services or social media platforms. Class26 is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
- Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Class26 does not guarantee that: • The Service will always be available • The Service will be uninterrupted • The Service will be error-free • Expert services will produce specific results • Content will always be accurate • Every Expert is suitable for every User • Digital content will meet every expectation Use of the Service is at Your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability Class26 facilitates the platform and is not the substantive provider, coach, trainer, therapist, advisor or executor of Expert services. Class26 is not liable for: • Results of services • Advice or actions of Experts • Choices or actions of Users • Personal damage • Indirect damage • Consequential damage • Loss of revenue • Lost income • Reputational damage • User-to-Expert disputes • Expert content • Digital product outcomes • Third-party service failures Any liability of Class26 for acts or omissions of Experts is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. If Class26 is nevertheless held liable, liability is limited to the amount paid by the liability insurer in the relevant case or, if no insurance payment is made, to the commission received by Class26 for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Termination Users may stop using the Service at any time. Class26 may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms or related policies are violated. For Experts, Class26 may immediately terminate cooperation or remove, block or mark a profile as inactive in cases of: • Fraud • Platform circumvention • Serious complaints • Reputational damage • Legal violations • Non-compliance • Misleading conduct • Boundary-crossing behavior • Serious breach of trust • Platform safety risks Upon termination, Class26 may: • Cancel open bookings • Inform Users • Suspend payouts temporarily • Block Accounts or content • Take protective measures • Help Users find alternatives Obligations relating to anti-circumvention, confidentiality, payments, liability, privacy and intellectual property survive termination.
- Confidentiality Users and Experts must treat confidential information obtained through the platform with care. Experts must protect User information, session information, communications and personal data. Confidential information may not be shared with third parties without a lawful basis or permission.
- Changes to These Terms Class26 may amend these Terms from time to time if necessary due to: • Changes in laws or regulations • Platform development • Operational necessity • Security risks • Fraud prevention • Consumer protection • Payment provider requirements • Regulatory requirements • International scalability The most current version will be made available through the platform or website. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, You agree to the updated Terms.
- Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, Expert Conduct Policy, checkout confirmations and any other applicable policies, constitute the applicable agreement between You and Class26 regarding use of the Service.
